Introduction:

At Harvest of God, our mission is to ensure that everyone knows the Word of God. To achieve this, we strive to be obedient to God's guidance in spreading His message. One of our main endeavors is hosting feasts for the homeless, sick, and lost individuals, leading them to Jesus. Our ultimate goal is to host daily feasts of God in over 195 countries by 2027. Through these feasts, we not only share the good news but also demonstrate God's love by providing free clothes, Bibles, and food to our guests.

In James 2:15-17, it is written: 'Suppose you see a brother or sister who has no food or clothing, and you say, 'God-bye and have a good day; stay warm and eat well'—but then you don’t give that person any food or clothing. What good does that do? So you see, faith by itself isn’t enough. Unless it produces good deeds, it is dead and useless.'

With that said, here are 7 secrets for hosting feasts of God 👊

1. Hosting Feasts of God:

Feasts of God are typically hosted in churches, homes, or even parks. To organize a feast, we reach out to the local church pastor, seeking their permission to host the event. If that option is not available, we trust in God to guide us to an alternative location. While it's possible to host a feast alone, we recommend finding three faithful servants filled with the Spirit of God to join you. Assign responsibilities such as food and resource distribution, inviting guests through invitation cards, and sharing the gospel during the feast.

Remember, the number of people involved in hosting the feast is not as crucial as taking the first step and being faithful with the little things. As Luke 16:10 states, "He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much."2. Preparation for the feast

2. Feast Preparation and Cost:

Hosting a feast of God doesn't require a large budget, especially if you are utilizing homes or local churches as the venue. In my current location of Spain, one feast of God costs approximately $50. Here's a shopping list example:

1. 1x Bible

2. 20x loaves of bread

3. Butter/margarine

4. Chicken ham for the bread

5. Grape juice

The number of guests will determine the quantity of bread needed. Remember the miraculous multiplication of loaves in the Bible? Be faithful with what you have, and God will abundantly bless your efforts.

4. Bibles and Clothing:

While it may not be feasible to provide Bibles for all the guests, we offer a unique solution. By tearing pages from the Bible under God's guidance, we distribute individual pages to the guests. This allows them to leave the feast with a personal word from God. As for clothing, we rely on donations from friends and family. Before hosting a feast, we ask them for any unwanted clothes to be given away during the event.

5. Timing and Consistency:

In my case, the feasts in Spain are held every Sunday at 5 pm in our local church. Consistency is essential to establish awareness in the community, ensuring that people know there's a welcoming feast every Sunday. This consistency combats the constant lies of Satan, preventing individuals from attending the feasts.

6. Checklist for Hosting a Feast:

Preparation (Before the Feast):

1. Collect clothes from friends and family members to be shared at the feasts.

2. Print invitation cards for distribution.

3. Purchase a Bible for sharing pages.

4. Find at least three people to host the feast with.

Hosting (On the Day of the Feast):

1. Purchase food and drinks for the feast.

2. Open the doors of the venue.

3. Distribute invitation cards in the community.

4. Share the gospel during the feast.

5. Close the doors of the venue and clean up.

7. Inviting Guests:

To invite people to the feast, we distribute invitation cards on the streets while the doors of the church are already open. This approach helps combat forgetfulness caused by Satan's influence. As Luke 8:12 states, "Those by the wayside are they that hear; then comes the devil, and takes away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved."
